Surfing the wake of giants.
It was fun filming a local e-foiler riding the wakes of two departing cruise ships against the stunning backdrop of English Bay, Point Grey, and Vancouver’s west side yesterday.🛳️🏄♂️🌊
The first was Disney Wonder, a 294-metre (965-foot) cruise ship carrying up to 2,456 guests as she departed on her Alaska voyage.
Not long after, Norwegian Jade followed her out of the harbour.Also 294 metres (965 feet) long, she can carry approximately 2,350 passengers.
