I realized something while working in my garden today.

I was pulling out weeds and intentionally planting a vegetable I genuinely love to eat. The funny thing? It’s always grown around our house—I just never planted it myself.

It made me think about my digital life.

Just as gardens don’t flourish by accident, neither do our minds.

If we intentionally remove weeds from our gardens, why wouldn’t we remove distractions from our feeds?

The content we consume daily shapes our thoughts, influences our decisions, and often determines the direction of our growth.

So here’s your gentle reminder to do a digital cleanup:

🌱 Unfollow what constantly distracts or discourages you.
🌱 Follow people who educate, inspire, and challenge you.
🌱 Train your algorithm by engaging with content that aligns with your goals.
🌱 Feed your faith, your mind, your career, and your skills before the endless entertainment.
🌱 Become someone who adds value instead of simply consuming it.

Your attention is one of your greatest assets. Protect it.

What you consistently consume today is often what you’ll produce tomorrow.

So tell me—what’s one account you’ve followed recently that’s genuinely helping you grow?
