One thing I always want to do at the end of every series is shoot a video with everyone to celebrate everything we've learnt together. While I haven't been able to do that every month, I'm so happy we got to bring it back for our June Series.

This time, we added a fun challenge to the mix and filmed it as a one-shot.

My classes are all about having fun while training, but I also love sneaking in little experiences like this. This time, it meant beginning to explore movement for the camera - learning to make space for each other, finding your cues, and discovering the little choreography behind the choreography: who gives way, who enters next, and how everyone works together to keep the whole thing moving.

So full credit (and full claps 👏🏽) to everyone in this video. You all absolutely smashed it.
