I genuinely had no idea Ireland had a history of sweat houses until I experienced this guided heat and water ritual with @gormu.ar in West Cork

Inspired by the old Irish tradition of the Tigh Allais, the team at Gormú has created something really special that feels deeply connected to the landscape and its history

From drinking fresh water at a holy well, to moving between the Atlantic and the Puball Allais, breathing in essential oils, listening to local folklore, and experiencing one of the most incredible sauna rituals I’ve ever done, every part of it felt so thoughtfully put together
