Why is there no customer support anymore?????? You guys are literally taking peoples money while proving zero solutions to problems. Why am I being charged for a subscription that is not mine when you don't even have a card on file for me?!!?!??!!??!?? HOW DID YOU GET MY INFO

Good afternoon. I have a dilemma. I signed up for a free trial June 4th 2026, one month. Trial ended July 4th. I attempted to cancel the subscription 3times. June 10th, 17th, &July 1. Everyone is asked for an authenticate app to sign in. I don't have an authentication app. I just want to cancel my subscription. I couldn't download one at the time. I called to cancel. Ai bots kept saying they can't find my account with my phone number. The run around. And now I'm being charged $109 for a subscription I don't need or want. Once the money was taken you all finally gave me the option to sign in another way to cancel. Very convenient. I need someone real to help me with the refund. Customer service told me to dispute it with my bank....

No one can answer wtf was wrong with windows 98 or even xp. This stupid ass authenticator app bullshit has me locked out work account for 2 months. No IT can figure it out. Even before i got locked out why the fuck do i have to sign in every day from MY phone. Its fucking bullshot youre just milking corporate idiots to use this shit.

I have tried calling Microsoft support four times and I’ve gotten hung up on four times. I’ve used every conceivable means of contacting Microsoft and have failed at every turn. I’m a reasonably smart adult and I have spent an hour trying to login to no avail. I desperately need to speak with a live person who can help me. Anyone human monitoring these comments?
