This is one of those conversations I think we need to have 🤍

I know UGC can be confusing, especially with every creator offering different packages, deliverables, experience levels, and rates.

But if you’re a brand looking to work with creators, here’s one thing I’d love to see happen more often:

Start with a conversation, not a number!!

Instead of asking:
“Can you create X videos for $X?”

Try asking:
💌 Tell me about your rates.
💌 Can I see your portfolio?
💌 Here’s our campaign; how would you approach it?

That gives creators the chance to understand your goals, recommend the right deliverables, and quote based on the actual scope of work.
