Long story but it’s worth a listen… this girl came up and requested a song that at the time I did not know. The gig ended and I felt bad I hadn’t made it happen for her. I took my guitar and learned it in about 3 minutes and went up to her and asked to play it for her and her table. She sang her heart out.
She’d seen my tattoo on my leg saying Psalms 23 and after I was done singing she came back up and said 4 words to me. “Do you know Jesus?”. I asked her if it was a song and she just pointed at my leg. I told her that was my grandma’s handwriting and her favorite chapter in the Bible. Recited it to her and she shook her head in approval.
