From 50 degrees to zero degrees, Wayne has come a long way. 🐾❄️
But his journey also highlights something important—huskies are often misunderstood. They’re beautiful, yes, but they’re also a huge responsibility. They do not belong in extreme heat, and when adopted without understanding their needs, abandonment becomes a heartbreaking reality.
A huge thank you to everyone who helped Wayne adjust and feel safe through this transition.
And to RAK Center—thank you for creating a space that accommodates rescues with compassion, patience, and genuine care. You make difficult transitions easier for dogs who deserve a second chance. 🤍🤍🐾
