I think one of the hardest things about love is accepting that something can be beautiful and still not be meant to last. I will never regret the happiness we found in each other, nor will I pretend that letting go doesn’t hurt. Maybe someday, we’ll find our way to a happiness that no longer asks us to hold on to what we can’t keep. Until then, I’ll be learning how to make peace with a goodbye my heart isn’t ready for. 🤍 #AIGenerates #Happiness #aiphotograph #BittersweetLove #Velora
Stop Taking Loans To Avoid Mental Health Problems — Psychiatrists Warn Nigerians Psychiatrists have warned Nigerians against taking loans they cannot repay, cautioning that mounting debts and pressure from creditors could trigger anxiety, emotional distress and other mental health problems. The warning follows a Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) report showing that personal loans reached N2.06tn in May 2026, accounting for 64.78 per cent of the N3.18tn in outstanding consumer credit. Total consumer credit rose by N50bn from N3.13tn in April. Professor Taiwo Obindo, a University of Jos psychiatry professor and immediate past president of the Association of Psychiatrists in Nigeria, said unpaid debts could disrupt sleep and appetite, cause persistent low moods and potentially develop into mental health conditions. He warned against loan sharks, citing abusive debt recovery practices, including the misuse of borrowers’ personal information and physical abuse of defaulters. He urged those struggling with debt to seek professional help, confide in trusted relatives or partners, and avoid using alcohol, drugs or sleeping pills to cope with stress. Similarly, Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Samuel Aladejare said many Nigerians borrow to cover income shortfalls amid rising living costs. He explained that repeated calls and messages from debt collectors could cause anxiety, depression and fear whenever borrowers’ phones ring. Aladejare urged Nigerians to spend within their means, warning, “Despite everything going on, we should try as much as possible not to allow desperation to push us into the hands of loan sharks who offer loans at very exorbitant rates.”

🍒 Autumn nail inspo (for the zodiacs) It can’t be autumn unless everything around us is customized to fit the crisp vibe, and that includes our nails, now, I don’t get my nails done often but if I were to these are the styles I would try. Here is the fall nails inspiration you’ve been looking for, based on your zodiac ofc… Starting with the sets that captured my heart completely, the intricate pink stained glass nails for Capricorn, an idea I loved so much. A cool metallic silver for Taurus, for I am biased & need them on my hands now!! Long stiletto vampire red nails for Scorpio being the obvious choice, as well as THE NAIL SET OF ALL TIME, a shining amber design for Leo’s! We then have the classical tortoiseshell pattern for Aries, a tasty olive and plum variation for Aquarius, a delicious sliced plum set for cancer. a soulful sage green set of nails for Gemini’s. The Tiffany blue set for Pisces coz it only makes sense, as well as the subtle mint and walnut French tip combination for Libra’s. A stunning midnight purple aura painted for Virgo! And last but not least, the crisp fall leaves set for Sagittarius ——— Which one did u get? And which one will u be trying out 🍁 Ps, I am not well versed in astrology at all, & this is for fun and based on my observations!! —— Credits of the photos to the artists of each set! (Since I got these off Pinterest it was so hard to track the original creators!!) 🐙 the hottest follow @maniiletter btw . . . . . .
