B players don’t help you directly scale fast. They help you do what you are currently doing.
That’s not growth. (Unless they free up your time to focus on growth)
You need A players to reach new hights fastest though.
I learned that after growing my team to 30 people.
If you can mostly hire A players, your job will be a whole lot easier.
