Hitting your macros isn’t enough.

One of the biggest mistakes people make is thinking that as long as they hit their protein, carbs and fats, the quality of their food doesn’t matter. If you are at the beginning of your journey then sticking to macros is a good start but as you progress, they need to be fine tuned.

The food you consume provides the building blocks for your muscles, hormones, organs, immune system and recovery. If most of your diet comes from highly processed foods, you might hit your numbers on paper but still feel far from your best.

You can have perfect macros and still experience:
- Low energy
- Poor recovery
- Digestive issues
- Reduced training performance
- ncreased hunger and cravings

This doesn’t mean you need a “clean” diet or that processed foods are bad. It means the foundation of your nutrition should come from whole, nutrient-dense foods that provide your body with everything it needs to function properly.

The goal isn’t just to hit your numbers.
The goal is to build a body that performs, recovers and feels good for years to come.

What’s one whole food you think more people should eat?
