The water was so clear it felt like it was holding two realities at once.

🏞 Above it… trees, stretched and dancing
🏞 Below it… rocks, steady, and resting

I found myself lingering there longer than expected.

It made me think about how quickly we trust what sits on the surface.

🔍 What we notice first
🔍 What feels most familiar
🔍 What our mind fills in before we’ve really looked

Sometimes that’s accurate. Other times, it’s just the reflection doing its job.

In coaching conversations, I’m often reminded that the shift rarely comes from adding something new. It comes from noticing what’s already there, but not yet seen.

• A different assumption
• A quieter narrative running underneath
• A blind spot that’s been in plain sight
• A question that changes the angle entirely

Lately, I’ve been less interested in “answers”
and more curious about what becomes visible when we pause long enough to look again.

💬 What’s something you’ve recently seen differently when you stayed with it a little longer?
