exactly one year ago, I said yes 💍 I said yes to the kindest soul I know 🤍 to someone who makes me feel loved, safe and understood. someone who stands by my side through everything. but more than anything, I love you for the person you are. for your heart, your kindness and the way you care for the people around you. you deserve every bit of love, happiness and goodness this world has to offer. I’m endlessly grateful that we found each other in this big beautiful world. looking back on these six years, it’s incredible how much we’ve both changed, how much we’ve grown together and how we’ve become a team I could have only dreamed of. and if there’s one thing I know, it’s that I’d choose you all over again. I love you, always 🤍 #isaidyes #engagement
A different approach for our Loading Phase. We had more Time to fill my Muscle with Carbs. We used other Foods, calculated the estimated Digestion time and glycemic load. Overall we are happy with the package we delivered. We managed to find a different way to balance conditioning and Fullness. Now we go back to Work and move to the next one. Wisdom and Experience is Key ☝🏼 Thank you Coach @neil_yoda_hill1 & @shanisommerfeld TEAM❤️
Today, we took it back to the year 2000s but we still had to deliver and we did just that!! Jesus remains forever glorified #theanointedhcc #hccsundays #y2kfashion #sunday #reelsinstagram😍

Our lives have been rocked in the past few months by a cancer diagnosis for my wife’s twin sister Lisa. She is an incredibly important part of our lives and very close to us so the news of her diagnosis came as a massive shock to Jenn and I. We’ve been by her side every step of the way, through her surgery to remove her breast and lymph nodes then undergoing some pretty intense chemotherapy, which has taken a large mental and physical toll on Lisa. We decided to keep this story to ourselves at first, dealing with it privately for the past few months. However the time has come where we need the support of our friends and community. To fight the cancer further - Lisa’s oncology team are strongly recommending a new drug called Abemaciclib - which unfortunately is unfunded in New Zealand - and is massively expensive. So it’s time for us to reach out to our friends, family and community for help. Check out the Give A Little link in my bio and please consider donating. Any amount helps. It would mean so much to me, my sister in law and our entire family. Much love ❤️ Adam
