Entering my favourite cosy time of the year🍂 bring on colour brown in every shade
One of the biggest changes I made that completely transformed my progress was changing my nutrition. 🥑💗 We can spend hours in the gym, but what we do outside of the gym matters just as much! Prioritizing whole foods, eating balanced meals, getting enough protein, and consistently nourishing my body made such a difference in my results. It’s not about eating less, it’s about learning to eat BETTER! 🥗You don’t have to restrict yourself or have a perfect diet to see progress. Start by being more intentional with what you’re putting into your body and focus on building habits you can actually sustain. Your results aren’t just built in the gym, they’re built in the kitchen too! 💕 Save this for your reminder to fuel your body, not starve it. Success is not what it appears to be; one has to endure a lot before it happens.
