And just like that... SHE’S BACK! Went back to my original red and I feel like a brand new woman walking into a brand new chapter. @maneregalia did what needed to be done 🙌🏾 #RedHair #NewChapter #HoustonInfluencer #DallasHairstylist #shesbuildingherempire

Sometimes it just has to be done. One needs to kickstart one’s mojo. After 9 months of inhabiting a broken body, arm with a sticking-out port, dry skin, loss of hair and diminishing confidence I pushed the “fuck it” button. Savagely expensive, probably impractical, but oh so gorgeous. @wiggykit you are going to bankrupt me by opening on my doorstep! This leopard print coat is dreamy and makes me feel fabulous. Ready to pounce on a #cancerfree Christmas. I have ALWAYS ( bloody hell who ever thought I’d use a plural when talking about #remission?!) treated myself to something vaguely impractical, expensive and mood enhancing as a “ reward” for coming out the other side of gruelling treatment. Boots, a cashmere sweater, a glorious handbag…. To me they are talismans of hope, reminders that I fully intend to get a lot of wear out of them, because there is no way I’m going to let cancer get the better of me. Onwards #fuckcancer
