The golf analogy is a nice marketing line, but it fails when glassmakers are only interested in talking about glassware as far as is marketable. We get a "Pinot glass", but what does "Pinot glass" mean? A glass will have an impact based on a wine's chemistry, not a variety label. Does a glass emphasize or subdue each of acid, tannin, alcohol, aromatic esters, wine age etc.?

Such a great ep! It’s funny talking about the winewings as an eyesore, but i’m actually really coming around to the aesthetic of it.
