Why Miss Arkansas for America Strong?
At the age of three, I lost my dad to an accidental overdose. That loss shaped my life, but it also gave me a reason to use my voice. Becoming Miss Arkansas for America Strong has allowed me the opportunity to share my story, raise awareness about addiction, promote the importance of Narcan accessibility, and advocate for families who have been impacted by substance abuse.
I want to be a voice for those who feel unheard and honor those who no longer have the opportunity to share their own stories. Through this title, I hope to show others that even through the hardest moments, we can turn our pain into purpose and create positive change in our communities.

Your dad was one of my favorite people and I know he would be so proud of you! I have talked about his death to my students for years in an attempt to make someone’s life better.
