I finally had the chance to get back to @saisonsf since moving to SF and damn it’s firing on all cylinders! I’d heard great things and the rumors were true. Every dish was extraordinary seasonal, showcasing the beautiful bounty of California, kissed by live fire, and elegantly composed. As a Maryland boy, crab will always have a special place in my heart, and the trio of Dungeness crab dishes were especially perfect! I loved it all, though. And the warm, personalized, approachable hospitality and beverage program were the icing on top. Thanks for having us in! Kudos to @chef.richardlee and the whole team. Can’t wait to return.
