Guy starts yelling at me and accuses me of “clickbait” for reporting on Austin’s overdose and drug crisis?!? #austin #atx #homelesscrisis
A Saturday well spent with my favorite boys! 🤎☀️ Come spend a Saturday with us | 9 AM – 8 PM One of those Saturdays where we packed SO much into one day! These are honestly my favorite kinds of weekends, making memories and enjoying all the little moments together! 🫶🏼 ⚾️ Baseball: Started our morning cheering on some of our neighborhood friends and their little ones playing baseball! 🚒 Touch-a-Truck: Headed to North Palm Beach for the Touch-a-Truck & Fire Safety Fair! SO many trucks to explore, plus a playground where Axton got some extra playtime! 🎃 PumpkinFest: Next stop was the 10th Annual PumpkinFest at Harbourside in Jupiter! Trick-or-treating, local vendors, entertainment, and all the festive fall fun! 🍳 Lunch: Stopped at Sara’s Kitchen in Palm Beach! Bonus points for cooking with beef tallow instead of traditional seed oils! 😴 Car nap: All that excitement caught up with Axton, and he was OUT on the ride home! 🏡 Afternoon at home: Garage playtime followed by a popsicle break! Popsicles are strictly an outside snack in our house because I’m not cleaning up that sticky mess! 😂 🛒 Pantry restock: Stocked up on some favorites, including @chomps beef sticks and @amaraorganicfoods puffs that Axton LOVES! 🌿 Family walk: Got outside for an evening walk together to wind down! 🌙 Bedtime snuggles: Ended our busy day with some cuddles and quality time with my little guy! From baseball and big trucks to pumpkins, popsicles, and bedtime snuggles… these are the days I love most! 🤎 Are you a busy Saturday family or more of a slow weekend at home family? 👇🏼 Comment Saturday for all the 🔗🔗🔗 . . . . . . #DayInTheLife #SpendASaturdayWithUs #MomLife #SouthFloridaMom #PalmBeachCounty JupiterFlorida ToddlerMom FamilyVlog WeekendAdventure
Sometimes the most heartbreaking lesson in life is realizing the value of something only when you're about to lose it. Mickey's Christmas Carol (1983) delivers this painful truth through one of the most emotional and unforgettable moments in Disney animation history. What begins as a charming Christmas story slowly becomes a powerful reminder that money, success, and possessions mean nothing when the people who truly matter are no longer by your side. Directed by Burny Mattinson and inspired by Charles Dickens' timeless A Christmas Carol, this Disney classic features Scrooge McDuck as Ebenezer Scrooge, voiced by Alan Young, and Mickey Mouse as Bob Cratchit, voiced by Wayne Allwine. But beneath the beautiful hand-drawn animation and nostalgic Christmas atmosphere lies a message that becomes more meaningful as we grow older. Scrooge spends his life protecting his wealth, distancing himself from others, and believing that happiness can be measured by what he owns. Yet when he's forced to confront his past, present, and future, he begins to understand the terrible cost of everything he's neglected. And that's what makes this iconic Disney scene so emotionally powerful. The regret of missed opportunities. The memories of people we didn't appreciate enough. The painful realization that time continues moving, whether we're ready or not. As children, we watched Mickey's Christmas Carol as a magical holiday adventure. As adults, we recognize the heartbreaking truth hidden inside its beautiful visual storytelling. Because the saddest part of losing something precious isn't always the loss itself. Sometimes it's remembering all the moments when you could have loved it better. Cherish the people you love while they're still here to feel it. Save this timeless Disney moment or share it with someone who deserves a reminder that the greatest treasures in life are the people we sometimes take for granted.
