2ND AX COMPLETE ! ✌️

can you believe it’s been 1 week since AX?! What an absolute whirlwind of a weekend 😭💕 No matter how stressful and hectic this event is- I feel like the energy and love reciprocated back from you guys has been so worth it. it’s insane how fast feelings of doubt fade when you’re supported by people who believe in art and cultivating a community!!! It’s only my 2nd time here, but I felt the warm “welcome back” from everyone that travelled near and far just to come to AX and take the time to visit me of all people! 🥺 I saw so many faces that I haven’t seen in a year, and met so many new ones too (which has been an absolute highlight) 💖

Truthfully I had lots of doubts this time- I felt like I didn’t put enough thought or work into my table because of personal circumstances that affected me through the year. Ngl looking at my own table was a bit disappointing at times bc I didn’t live up to my own expectations/standards of 1 year’s growth. But I didn’t want to let down those who were still looking forward to seeing my work. Thank you guys for reminding me that you prioritize CONNECTION over perfection. I was able to let go of all the insane expectations and let myself have fun with yall!!! So thank you for showing up for me- you have no idea how much it meant to me!!
