“Nothing tastes sweeter than Jamaican Carrot Juice.”
Ingredients
• 500g carrots
• 1 litre water
• 1 tsp grated nutmeg
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 400g condensed milk
• 1 tin vanilla Nourishment
Method
1. Wash, grate and cut the carrots, or blend chopped carrots with some water.
2. Pour the mixture through a muslin cloth and squeeze the juice through, or sieve to remove the pulp.
3. Add condensed milk, vanilla, nutmeg and Nourishment and mix well.
4. Pour into a jug and chill in the fridge.
5. Serve cold with ice. 🧊
