Hot sauce is still crazy though. Especially when I didn’t get a medal . Lol. It should have been in my goody bag that everyone got lol

But Also as runners we have to do our research too. I’ve learn to stop signing up for races when there’s ambiguity on the run sign up pages. Or even orgs that are new to the running space (like gyms).
