Today's Toffees to face @chelseafc! 👊

To my vegetarian friends: I see you. ❤️

So many of you have told me you love my recipes, then added, “Do you have more for me?” You were right. Most of what I share has meat in it.

So I went back to the kitchen and made you something special.

10 chef-inspired vegetarian dinners. Not plain rice and beans. Not a side salad pretending to be a meal. Real soups, stews, and entrees that taste like something you’d order at a restaurant.

Think Moroccan sweet potato tagine with apricots. French lentil and mushroom bourguignon. Crispy sesame-ginger tofu that might just beat your favorite takeout.

Every recipe uses ingredients you can find at your grocery store, and many are probably already in your pantry. I’ve included exact measurements (even the spices), easy instructions, and nutritional information for each dish.

I’m also sharing my 5 chef secrets for making vegetarian food rich, flavorful, and satisfying, so you never feel like something is missing.

👉 Comment VEGGIE and I’ll send you all 10 recipes.

Not vegetarian? These are for you, too. Adding more plant-based meals to your week is a simple way to increase your fiber intake and support your heart and metabolic health.

P.S. If you enjoy recipes like these, my Thrive After 40 community is now completely free. You’ll find my recipe and exercise libraries, easy-to-understand lessons on health after 40, and a place to ask me questions. Link is in my bio.

You, me, and New York this Christmas? ❄️✈️ 🎄🎅#TheTrillionaireLife

Two seats on a private jet, walks beneath the city lights, and nowhere to rush as the snow falls. From festive windows to Central Park wrapped in white, this is the kind of December worth sharing with someone special.

Heads up if you are in DC.

Friends I am smiling today because it is my mum and dads 49th wedding anniversary. I say that is great achievement. Dad being the romantic he is just wished her a Happy Anniversary 🤣 I am so proud of them ❤️.

I was so excited for my wh*re workout lifting heavy sl*tty weights to improve my sk*nky metabolic health and h**ker mental wellbeing

Shut up mate, try going to the gym to work on yourself rather than objectifying women with those predatory eyes and making misogynistic unfunny ‘jokes’ about women who are proud of their performance because they are stronger than dweebs like you 🖕🏼

😘
