This morning was absolutely beautiful! Mike, his mom, and I went to Indian Lake in Austin to soak up some sun and splash in the water a bit. We packed a little picnic and the weather stayed pleasant until about 1 when the heat started to roll in.

While the internet was going crazy over Tesla’s flying Roadster, tech YouTuber MKBHD had a very different reaction.

Marques questioned Tesla’s claims about a 4,000+ pound car performing midair flips, hitting speeds over 380 mph and entering production in 2028. He even wondered if the whole thing was a prank.

His reaction sparked criticism from Tesla fans, especially after people resurfaced his 2019 conversation with Elon Musk, where he seemed excited about SpaceX thrusters.

MKBHD defended his skepticism, asking whether people would believe the same claims coming from Hyundai or Audi.

Considering Tesla originally promised the Roadster for 2020, he might have a point.
