The numbers tell a powerful story.
In New York City, Black and Latino youth make up 43% of the city’s youth population, yet they account for 67% of incarcerated minors. These disparities are not the result of individual choices alone—they reflect systemic inequities that continue to impact young people and their communities.
At THREESIXTY, we believe every young man deserves the opportunity to rewrite his story.
Through mentorship, life coaching, cognitive behavioral therapy, leadership development, and reentry support, we walk alongside young men at Rikers Island and beyond—helping them develop life skills, build confidence, access education and employment opportunities, and create a future filled with possibility.
Real change happens when young people have someone who believes in them.
By investing in relationships, resources, and second chances, we’re helping young men break cycles of incarceration and build brighter futures for themselves, their families, and their communities.
