Summer Margherita… GF edition

Nothing beats a good Margherita pizza. The sweetness of the tomatoes and that basil flavour are so simple but so delicious.

I’ve been experimenting with other flour brands and, unfortunately, they don’t compare to the GF pizza flours from @mulinocaputo and @molino.dallagiovanna . To get this result, you have to use one of those. I didn’t even bother posting my experimental pies because they were disappointing to say the least.
