National Series Race 2 - Sprint🔴
It was a hot one! I'd planned try and pace myself from the beginning & try & keep moving, no walking between obstacles
It was all going well until about 1.5km from the end, peri-meno & the heat did me dirty & I felt so sick, fought not to see my breakfast again a few times😂
Hit the spear dead centre but there wasn't enough power for it to stick...so 30 burpees while keeping nauseous was fun.
But, had clean race apart from the spear & came 4th in my AG - finishing 3 mins behind 3rd.... that pesky spear!
My third 4th place out of my last 4 Spartans! At least I'm consistent😂
