The Pilates Practice

Such a privilege to be under the expert eyes of @perezpontjavier. So knowledgeable and giving of his time and talents, preserving the legacy. Thankful to be a part of the @romanaspilatesinternational community, sharing space with amazing teachers and observing the next generation of Pilates teachers begin their journeys. A wonderful seminar weekend hosted by @lyonpilates. Diving deeper, always more to learn and appreciate. 🙏
