Sometimes I find myself looking at moments like this and realizing… I’ll never get this exact moment back. 🖤

One day, he won’t need me to do his hair. One day, those little hands will be bigger, his voice will be deeper, and he’ll be on his own journey becoming the man he’s meant to be.

So I’m learning to slow down and cherish it all. The laughter, the conversations, the little routines, even the moments that seem so ordinary. Because these are the moments I’ll wish I could relive someday.

I don’t ever want to take being his father for granted. My son is the air I breathe, a piece of my heart walking outside of my body, and one of the greatest blessings I’ve ever been given.

Our connection is something I’ll protect, nurture, and carry with me forever. I pray that as he grows, he always knows how deeply he is loved, how proud I am of him, and that no matter how old he gets, he’ll always have his pops

I love you with everything in me, son. And if I could ask for anything, it would be to slow time down just a little. 🥹🖤
