🌴Ingredients

3 egg yolks
80g honey
10 Ajwa dates (about 90g), pitted
250ml whole milk
250ml double cream
1 tsp vanilla bean paste or powder
8 green cardamom pods
1 tsp instant coffee powder
Pinch of salt
