15-Year-Old Girl Wakes Up In Coffin During Her Funeral After Being Wrongly Declared De@d By Her Father In Guatemala A 15-year-old girl, identified as Yuleidy Ixcotoyac, reportedly shocked mourners in Guatemala after waking up inside her coffin during her funeral, hours after her father mistakenly declared her d+ad. According to reports, Yuleidy collapsed while her father, Abraham Ixcotoyac, was driving her to a medical centre. He claimed he could neither feel her pulse nor detect her breathing and declared her d+ without a doctor confirming it. A coffin was subsequently purchased, and a funeral was arranged about eight hours after she collapsed in the village of El Jocote. During the wake, her mother, Lesvia Ríos, reportedly noticed movement inside the coffin while crying over her daughter. The family opened it and discovered that Yuleidy was moving before she suddenly sat up and began speaking. “I kept saying she was alive; she wasn’t d+ad,” her mother told local media, recalling how she noticed her daughter moving inside the casket. The family reportedly helped the shaken teenager out of the coffin and gave her water as their grief turned to relief and celebration. Recounting what happened before she collapsed, Yuleidy said her heart began hurting badly before she blacked out. The teenager is now conscious and recovering at home. She reportedly thanked God for being alive. Guatemalan health authorities have yet to publicly comment on the incident.
“Young people are not being included in the conversation,” said the Swedish climate activist @gretathunberg as she joined students protesting in France on Tuesday. The country witnessed another day of nationwide demonstrations over chronic teacher shortages, overcrowded classrooms and crumbling buildings. Now in their third week, the protests – backed by unionists, some teachers and radical leftwing opposition politicians – have shaken a government caught between calls for urgent public investment and pressure to reduce France’s ballooning deficit and debt. So far, more than 200 teenagers, 100 school staff and 700 police officers have been injured as many accuse the police of using disproportionate levels of force. Also giving a shoutout to @nbcsnl for approving that monologue 🖕 You know what’s funny? My two boys have NEVER once questioned why their mom wears shorts to the gym. Not once. They don’t see something inappropriate. They see their mom lifting their dad’s body weight, working hard, getting stronger, and doing something she loves. Because that’s what they’re being raised to recognize. A woman’s strength, not how much skin she’s showing. •••••••••••••••••• Moms who lift, moms in the gym, whore shorts, strong moms, modern motherhood, girl strength, strong like a mother
