A 2022 randomized controlled trial found that postmenopausal women who ate 50 grams of prunes per day (about 5–6 prunes) preserved their total hip bone mineral density over 12 months compared with women who did not eat prunes. Researchers believe prunes may help reduce bone resorption while providing nutrients and polyphenols that support bone health.

Are prunes a replacement for lifting weights or impact exercise?

No. You’re not that lucky my friend to be saved by the prune.

The healthy bone 🦴 needs:

Resistance training
Impact exercise
Adequate protein
Calcium and vitamin D3 with K2

Nutrition matters for your bone health and your gut health. Your gut health is tied to your bone health, so part of me believes the fiber alone in these prunes is a good thing.

@dorothylanemarket has the most delicious prunes in the bulk section.

Jungkook's 2013 Birthday holds a special place in the earliest chapter of his journey with BTS. Having made his debut only a few months earlier, Jungkook celebrated his birthday on September 1, 2013, as the youngest member of a newly debuted group still taking its first steps toward the future. At just 16 years old internationally, he was beginning the incredible journey that would eventually see him grow into one of the world's most recognized performers. Looking back at Jungkook during this time is a reminder of just how young he was when everything began full of dreams, determination, and potential, surrounded by the six members who would grow alongside him through every chapter to come. From that young teenage rookie to the global artist he is today, the journey has truly been extraordinary.#bts #instagood #trending #reels #bangtanboys
