Emma Tian Williamson | qigong, yoga & mindfulness

Here’s some videos of me practising outdoors (with a much smaller tum!) to tell you that my Qigong in the Park sessions are back 🌿

We meet under the shade of the willow trees in Clissold Park - where it feels like the noise of the world slows down - for an hour of nature-inspired practice.

Next dates are:

• Wed 12 Aug 6pm - special Solar Eclipse class
• Sun 6 Sept 11am
• Wed 23 Sept 8:30am - special Autumn Equinox class
• Sun 4 Oct 11am
• Sun 18 Oct 11am

More info and booking in my bio 🔗

Would love to see you! 🌝
