This video isn’t for views or sympathy. It’s too show you the sad reality we FEMALES in the Blue collar industry have to deal with. I’m so upset about the fact that’s it’s 2026 and I’m having to deal with sexism. Don’t get me wrong, I knew going into this industry. It was going to be hard and difficult. But I never imagined that a company would just come out and say the reason they could not go on with my application is because I am a female and majority of their employees are males. Especially their HVAC team is all males and they do not want me to be uncomfortable so they went ahead and decided to proceed with not going through with my interview.
