This video isn’t for views or sympathy. It’s too show you the sad reality we FEMALES in the Blue collar industry have to deal with. I’m so upset about the fact that’s it’s 2026 and I’m having to deal with sexism. Don’t get me wrong, I knew going into this industry. It was going to be hard and difficult. But I never imagined that a company would just come out and say the reason they could not go on with my application is because I am a female and majority of their employees are males. Especially their HVAC team is all males and they do not want me to be uncomfortable so they went ahead and decided to proceed with not going through with my interview. But I am a true believer that everything happens for a reason and God has a plan for each and every one of us. 🙏🏽So I’m gonna continue on with my HVAC JOURNEY AND CONTINUE BUILDING MYSELF TO BE THE BEST HVAC TECHNICIAN I CAN BE. 👩🏻‍🔧💯#sexismatwork #trades #bluecollar #fyp #hvaclife by @ruthless_rubyred_

FAILURE is just as important as being Successful! 💯 failure is not a bad thing! It doesn’t mean you didn’t try it or you didn’t give it your all! Use that failure to fuel ⛽️ yourself to get up and try again. Push yourself even if you fail to meet your goals. God sees your struggles and he will not let them go unnoticed! Trust in your struggles!! 💯🙏🏽 Device: @puffco peak v2 bliss glass attachment: @planetcaravansmokeshop puffy charm: @ruthless_rubyred_ #ingodwetrust💯 #failureispartofsuccess #trustyourstruggles #bluecollar #beyourbiggestsupporter by @ruthless_rubyred_
