2 years later and my very first client, I’ve seen Alex finish his Masters degree and transform from a shy student moving to a new country into a confident, outgoing person all while balancing his busy schedule.

From the late sessions after uni placement, to forcing meals down after nights out, he’s finally in a place where he can continue to train hard when returning home and sustain all of his efforts.
