POSTS STORIES REELS

We certainly didn’t expect this to happen this week… 😂

Peter’s story has now reached over 2 MILLION views and somehow, it’s even landed us on BBC News.

The amount of support Peter has received has been incredible, and it’s brilliant to see his story resonate with so many people.

We also need to give a huge shoutout to @coach_clubbs, who worked with Peter week in, week out.

Because your experience with gyms and exercise can often hinge on having the right person supporting you, especially when taking that first step already feels daunting.

So, if you’re someone who has struggled to make it through the doors of a gym, or, like Peter, you’ve found yourself turning around and walking straight back out… use his story as a little bit of inspiration.

It’s never too late to start.

And if getting started on your own feels overwhelming, having the right support can make a world of difference.

Well done, Peter. 2 million views and now the BBC! 👏🏼

Thinking about starting your fitness journey, but not sure where to begin?

Start here.

At Pioneer Performance, we’ve helped hundreds of people across Newcastle and Gateshead transform their health, bodies and confidence — including many who had tried and struggled before.

You don’t need to get fitter before you join, and you don’t need to know your way around a gym.

Whether you want to lose 20kg, build muscle, improve your relationship with food or simply feel healthier and more confident, we’ll meet you where you are and guide you through the entire process.

You’ll receive expert one-to-one coaching, a personalised training and nutrition plan, ongoing support and membership of our private facility — with no crowds or waiting around for equipment.

If you’re ready to make a change and finally achieve results that last, tap the contact us link in our bio and tell us about your goals.

Building strength now is key to staying independent later in life.

It’s very easy to take your current capabilities for granted, but we shouldn’t.

Muscle mass, bone density, cardiovascular fitness & mobility all decline with age…

Unless you are prepared to do something about it.

10kg down in 7 months!

But that’s not the part we’re proudest of.

When Courtney first walked into Pioneer, the gym wasn’t somewhere she felt at home.

Her confidence was low, and she wasn’t sure what she was capable of.

Now she challenges herself every single session.

Every week she pushes a little further than the week before.

Training 3 x per week alongside her fiancé Kieron, the goal was clear from day one: to be in the best shape of her life for their wedding next year!

With months still to go, she’s already given herself an incredible head start.

Her body has completely changed shape, and the confidence has come with it!

“We’ve made so much more progress in the last 6 months than we expected.”

Courtney, we’re so proud of you. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Peter is finally going to tell his side of the story…

#personaltrainernewcastle #pioneerperformance by @pioneerperformance

We know social media can feel like one polished highlight reel.

And sometimes, it is.

But behind every client story we share is a real person who was struggling, wanted to ask for help, or had been putting it off for years.

Some had even started to feel like they’d tried every option.

The progress you see comes from consistency, hard work and a supportive coaching relationship, built one step at a time.

We’re excited to share these journeys with you and celebrate the people behind them!

If you lose the fun, getting in shape gets a lot harder than it needs to be!

The data matters, but enjoying the process is what helps make training something you stick with for life.

When we work with clients we always do our best to make the process equally fun as it is productive. 😊 by @pioneerperformance

This is why we made sure education became a core component of our business from day one 👆

Transformation doesn’t always mean a huge change on the scales.

When Ellie joined Pioneer, she already had plenty of training experience.

She just wanted to feel more confident that she was doing the right things and getting more from the time she spent in the gym.

Over three months, Ellie has lost 5kg, toned up in the areas she wanted to focus on, and learned how to make her 2–3 hours of training each week count.

A big part of that progress has been working with her coach, Nick.

He’s helped Ellie build the skills and confidence to train independently, with a clear plan and the knowledge to keep moving forward.

As Ellie put it, the gym can feel like “a minefield online” when you’re trying to work out what to do.

Having the right guidance has made all the difference. 👏🏼
