“My body just wasn’t the body of a 21-year-old.”

That’s how Scott described the moment he realised something had to change.

He was going to the gym, but without structure, there were no results.

One day, Pioneer Performance popped up on his phone, and he thought, “If I’m going to do it, do it properly.”

That choice was the hinge moment for Scott.

When he joined us, we set up a truly personalised plan that consisted of:

- Structured training that progressed week to week
- Coaching that fixed his technique
- Check-ins & accountability
- A nutrition plan that worked in real life

Fast forward a year, Scott is 20kg down, did a photoshoot, and finally feels like the 21-year-old he wanted to be.

Well done, Scott, we are incredibly proud of you!

When Ben first came to visit us, he wasn’t exactly keen on taking starting pictures…

But now? He can’t quite believe the difference.

Since introducing proper resistance training alongside the running he was already doing, and tidying up his nutrition, the visual change has been massive.

Even his running performance has improved.

Before working with us, Ben spent years in commercial gyms.

He enjoyed training, but without structure or accountability, the progress just wasn’t happening.

By the end of last year, he admitted it to himself… he was wasting his time.

That’s when everything changed.

Ben (and his partner Emily 💪, who’s also made inspiring progress) came in for a consultation, and from that point, it all clicked.

With structure, support, and accountability, Ben’s transformed:

✅ Stronger

✅ Leaner

✅ Fitter

✅ And finally, see’s visible progress from his training!

It wasn’t about doing more…

It was about doing things in a way structured for him.

Ever felt like no matter how hard you try, progress just never seems to stick? 👀

That was Shane.

Running three businesses across multiple locations, managing a big team, and juggling life outside of work… he’d tried countless gyms and training styles over the years. But nothing clicked.

No lasting results.

After entering his 30s, Shane decided it was now or never.

22 weeks later — with the support of our coach Sean — here’s what he’s achieved:

✅ 15kg down

✅ Muscle built

✅ Strength tripled on multiple lifts

✅ Training just 3–4 times per week

And he’s done all of this without sacrificing family life, holidays or stag dos.

Proof that with the right structure, support and accountability, you don’t have to choose between results and living your life.

We couldn’t be prouder of what Shane has achieved — and this is only the beginning!

Well done Shane 👏

A lot to take away from this weekends workshop down in London @integra.education

Refreshing my own knowledge and repeating work on moment arms, resistance profiles, and understanding the torque demands of each exercise which we apply to everything on the gym floor daily.

Today has specifically helped me visualise the axis of a joint, the impact of a cable pulley mechanism and has opened my eyes to hidden forces we don’t see such as inertia.

All of these components are things we don’t see at face value when doing an exercise and all play a part in why an exercise can feel a certain way.

As always it was a pleasure to meet a group of other coaches who share the same passion. by @seanw.performance

2 years later and my very first client, I’ve seen Alex finish his Masters degree and transform from a shy student moving to a new country into a confident, outgoing person all while balancing his busy schedule.

From the late sessions after uni placement, to forcing meals down after nights out, he’s finally in a place where he can continue to train hard when returning home and sustain all of his efforts.

Well done mate 👏@alextflaunu by @seanw.performance

“I’m not invincible.”

That was the realisation Paul had after a routine health assessment at work gave him the wake-up call he needed.

Following a serious spinal injury, he’d become apprehensive about training.

His blood pressure was rising, his cholesterol was being flagged, and he’d fallen into a routine that was gradually taking a toll on his health.

Despite working on high-pressure job and performing in front of 300 people with his band, he was incredibly nervous walking into Pioneer Performance for the first time.

But Paul took the first step and he hasn’t looked back.

Since January, Paul has lost 16kg, significantly reduced his body fat, brought his cholesterol back within a healthy range and come off his blood pressure medication.

When his follow-up health assessment showed the difference just a few months later, even the person carrying it out was speechless at the changes he made!

Paul is a brilliant example of how stepping outside your comfort zone can feel daunting, but it can also lead to some of the best decisions you’ll ever make.

Well done Paul!!

High blood pressure.

High cholesterol.

No routine.

Nothing was challenging him to be better, push harder, or take care of himself.

That’s where Paul found himself when he first reached out to us in January.

Like many people, he knew things needed to change, but knowing and doing are two very different things.

So, his Pioneer Performance coach Sean, we put a plan in place.

Not a quick fixes. No crash diets.

Just a structured approach that fits around his life and focuses on building better habits, improving his health, and creating momentum.

Fast forward to today:

16kg+ lost

Blood pressure is back within normal ranges

Cholesterol back where it should be

Muscle tissue gained

Strength dramatically improved, with some exercises increasing fourfold from where he started

Most importantly, Paul feels better.

More energy.

More confidence.

More capable.

And perhaps for the first time in a long time, back in control of his health.

The scales tell part of the story, but the biggest win is what’s happening behind the scenes.
More confidence, healthier, stronger and a better quality of life.

Fantastic work, Paul.

And a great job by coach Sean in helping guide the process every step of the way. 👏🏼👏🏼

Two months of travelling around Thailand and Vietnam recap 🇹🇭🇻🇳

An absolutely unbelievable experience creating some unforgettable memories 📌 by @seanw.performance

If Liam’s honest, he started this journey thinking he wasn’t going to make any progress, and that it would be just another thing that he “tries”

Fast forward to now, and he’s almost down 40kg, despite only doing one personal training session per week with us and doing the rest himself.

This shows there are no limitations stopping you from achieving your goal when you have the right structure, support & accountability!

We couldn’t be happier for Liam. 👏

For years, Ben was training hard but getting nowhere.

Now he can’t believe the difference.

By adding structured resistance training to his running and finally having real accountability (alongside his partner Emily), he’s stronger, leaner & fitter.

And finally seeing the progress he was looking for!

A lot changes when you reduce your body weight by 38kg…

Much to Liam’s dismay, a lot of his clothes became… a little bit baggy?

If Liam’s honest, he started this journey thinking he wasn’t going to make any progress, and that it would be just another thing that he “tries”

One of the biggest challenges is that he is on the road 5–6 days per week, which would be a barrier to eating healthier and following a good training routine.

Fast forward to now, and he’s almost down 40kg, despite only doing one personal training session per week with us and doing the rest himself.

Even with limited food options at times, he has still managed to achieve this incredible result.

Ultimately, this shows there are no limitations stopping you from achieving your goal when you have the right structure, support & accountability!

We couldn’t be happier for Liam. 👏

Can Liam & Sean fit into Liam’s old t-shirt? Swipe to find out by @seanw.performance

One photo and a doctor’s warning stopped Stephen in his tracks.

Five months later, he’s almost 20kg down, fitter, healthier, and full of energy again!

Well done Stephen!
