@wild.flowerband - Thomas Run (EP 2026, Limited CD copy directly from the band. 20 - 25 pressings made, test pressing)

Wild Flower is a band that's local to me, they just started making music together a few years ago and have been rising since. Thomas Run is their debut EP, which mainly consists of indie/alternative rock. Not on the CD because of copyright, is their cover of 'I Wanna Be Your Dog' by The Stooges, which is available elsewhere on streaming.

My favorites off this EP are 'Everything' and 'Sun In Your Eyes', which are the calmer songs from this release. These songs make you feel like you're listening to an older rock album, like Smashing Pumpkins. This EP was released alongside a concert they headlined on May 30th, I was able to attend with seats at the merch table and take pictures with the band, great concert.

Definitely a band to look out for if you're interested in this area of music, I had the chance to talk to one of the band members directly a while after this release, @m.yee1 had told me that parts of this EP were actually inspired by Deftones and The Smashing Pumpkins, and had helped give me more clarification on the CD! Pretty good stuff that they have out so far, hoping to see more releases soon!
