A close-up changes what we notice. Suddenly, texture, proportion and expression begin to tell a different story.

I often leave parts of a contour unresolved. Our eyes naturally complete what’s missing, and that space can make a portrait feel more alive. How much does a drawing really need to say before your imagination takes over? #linework #portraitdrawings

Three minutes flat, and nobody was allowed to roll the tire. The all female team from China's Sichuan police finished the Officer Rescue course at the UAE SWAT Challenge in Dubai in 3:00.24. Orlando Police Department's SWAT team ran the same course in 3:16, then had 10 seconds added as a penalty. The course includes shooting and sprints, plus a 120 kilogram tire that has to be carried, because the rules ban dragging, rolling or throwing it. It was China's first time sending women's teams to the event, and this one finished 28th overall. Orlando finished 43rd. Credit: UAE SWAT Challenge #viral #pubity
