Plyometrics aren’t just for athletes.
A few years ago, I would’ve skipped this type of training too. I wasn’t very good at it, and honestly, I’m still learning. Coordination, rhythm, landing mechanics, generating power… they’re all skills that take time to develop.
But that’s exactly why I keep practicing.
Plyometrics help you build explosive power, improve balance and coordination, strengthen your tendons and joints, and teach your body to move the way it was designed to move. They don’t just make you perform better in the gym, they make everyday movement feel easier too.
You don’t have to be an athlete to benefit from plyometrics.
You just have to be willing to be a beginner.
