I wasn’t quite sure what to expect from the last four days at the Women in Automotive Conference in Austin, Texas. I just kept hoping I’d find exactly what my heart needed… and somehow, it gave me so much more.
Reconnecting with old friends and colleagues was wonderful, but it was the new friendships, heartfelt conversations, and incredible women I had the privilege of meeting that truly filled my cup. Sometimes life has a way of putting you exactly where you’re meant to be, surrounded by people who remind you of your purpose, your strength, and everything you’re capable of.
To every amazing woman who shared your story, your wisdom, and your heart, thank you. You reminded this automotive chick that there are no limits to what we can accomplish when we believe in ourselves and lift each other up.
And to the incredible men who showed up to support, encourage, and champion the women in this industry, thank you. Your presence and partnership matter more than you know.
Finally, thank you to Women In Automotive for creating a space where connections become friendships, inspiration becomes action, and together we continue making our industry stronger. My heart is full, and I’m leaving Austin inspired, grateful, and excited for what’s ahead. 🩵🤍🖤🚗🚙
