On the main floor, we installed custom white oak nosings and raised them to match the height of the new engineered hardwood that’s going over the tile. Upstairs, we replaced the nosings with custom maple, and those have already been sanded and stained. Two different areas, each requiring a different approach to prepare for the finished renovation.
