Two years ago today, I landed in Costa Rica to begin what became seven months of deep study with Grandmother Ayahuasca.
Although my relationship with this medicine began in 2020, those seven months transformed me in ways I never could have imagined. They asked me to surrender, to unlearn, to remember, and to trust a path that was unfolding one step at a time.
Today, as I reflect on that journey, I feel immense gratitude. What began as a student seeking understanding has evolved into the honor of serving this beautiful medicine and holding space for others as they remember their own light.
Looking back, I had no idea where that first step would lead. Looking forward, I carry profound reverence for this work, for every teacher who walked beside me, and for every soul who has trusted me to walk alongside them.
The path continues, and my heart is full.
