There is no greater feeling than making eye contact with a guest who has just moved deeply through a process, and in that one moment, without a single word being spoken, you both understand.

You see it in their eyes. The release, the remembrance, the realization of just how magical this life truly is. And somehow, in witnessing their experience, you’re reminded of that magic all over again.

What a beautiful gift it is to witness another human being remember who they are. There is 1 spot remaining for our November 7th ceremony in the Greater Detroit area. Message me for details. 🌬️💫🦋 by @avcastro

I can always feel when the energy is shifting. My phone starts lighting up with messages, people reaching out for sessions, guidance, and deeper connection. And right now, there’s definitely something moving through 😮‍💨

I’ve also had quite a few people asking what I’m offering these days, so I thought I’d share a little glimpse into my world.

Here’s what’s on tap for me today. ✨ by @avcastro

The past five months have been quite a journey of self-study for me. 🦋

Since sitting with Grandmother Ayahuasca in May, I’ve been working with what I call my medicine assignments. One was to clean my temple, clearing stagnant energy, old thoughts, beliefs, and beginning with the food I was putting into my body.

So that’s where I started. Weighing, measuring, eating clean food and becoming more conscious of how I nourish myself. I walk in nature every morning and here I am, 50 pounds lighter, and my body is thriving! 🥗

I’ve also been taking Spanish lessons every day and decided to step outside my comfort zone with singing lessons. Singing in my car? Absolutely! Singing in front of people? That’s another story! Today I sang an entire song in front of my classmates for the first time, and it felt amazing and I’ll share the song during ceremony this weekend. 🎵

All while continuing my intuitive sessions, holding beautiful ceremonies, and caring for my mom as she walks her journey with Alzheimer’s. We have one more ceremony in November before closing out the year.

And here’s something I’ve been realizing. It’s amazing what we can make room for when we begin consciously prioritizing our time, including time for ourselves.

Through all of this, I’ve felt as though I’ve been sitting inside a cocoon, allowing myself the space to reflect, grow, and see life through a different lens. Learning to see the glass half full and appreciate what’s right in front of me.

And now, after sitting with abuela again last weekend and for the first time in a while, I feel like I’ve emerged from that cocoon. My wings are opening, and I’m ready to share, explore, experience, and see where this next chapter takes me. I’m really enjoying who I’m becoming along the way. 🦋✨ by @avcastro

✨ August 8th…One of my favorite days of the year, and to be holding space and offering ceremony on this day felt incredibly special. We had eight beautiful souls on mattresses on 8/8, which was definitely not lost on me. There are some things you notice and just smile because you know there are no coincidences.

There were 15 of us in the container on Saturday, including Jesus. Since my journey in May and the invitation I received from Him to continue walking this path and bringing the medicine, there has been a seat for him at every ceremony. An actual seat that is specifically his. It has become a really meaningful part of our container and a way for me to honor that experience and the invitation I received.

The sun was out, the weather was beautiful and nature was inviting us in. We were able to spend moments outside, which brought another layer to the entire experience. We also had two live musicians with us, and having that live music moving through the container was absolutely stunning.

There was so much love throughout the day. There were tears and laughter, movement and stillness, music and nature, and so many beautiful moments unfolding all around us. Every ceremony carries its own energy, and this one had something very special about it.

I continue to trust the medicine more and more. I trust that each person receives exactly what they need, and I trust our role in creating a safe and beautiful container, holding it with love and integrity, and then allowing the medicine to do what it does.

I am still taking in the beauty of this one. What a way to spend 8/8, and what an honor it is to continue walking this path.

I went out for my daily morning walk today and something so beautiful happened…you know when things just land differently!!!

As I was walking through the neighborhood, I passed a man I’ve seen a handful of times before. We’ve never really had a conversation, just the usual smile and say, “Good morning.”

This morning he stopped me and asked if I’d like some fresh kale from his garden and of course I said yes!!!

He walked over and picked me the most beautiful bouquet of kale and as he was picking it, he said, “Did you know, the more you pick it, the more it grows? I’ve been sharing it with a lot of neighbors this year, so by me giving this to everyone, more grows!! The gift that keeps on giving.”

I carried that bouquet of kale the rest of the way home, and I couldn’t stop thinking about his words and how true that is for life!!!

Whatever we continue to pour our attention into seems to grow. When we look for beauty, we begin seeing more beauty. When we focus on what’s working, more things begin to work. The same is true with love, gratitude, joy and yes, even the things we’d rather have less of.

It reminded me that our attention is incredibly powerful. Every single day we’re watering something, whether we realize it or not.

I don’t even know this man’s name and today he gave me far more than kale. He reminded me that sometimes the greatest teachers aren’t standing on stages, writing books or who has the most followers. Sometimes they’re simply tending a garden and sharing what they’ve grown. 🥬💚🌿 by @avcastro

Life is winking and I’m winking right back. 😉✨

I’m so deeply enamored with this experience of being alive this lifetime. The messages, the synchronicities, the little reminders that we’re always being guided.

🌟THEY ARE EVERYWHERE 🌟when we slow down enough to notice.

This week we step into another ceremony, and I can already feel the energy expanding. My meals are prepped, everything is nourishing, vibrant, and supporting this container, and my body feels incredible. Even more beautiful is witnessing everyone who is joining this journey already doing their inner work before we ever gather together.

There is something so sacred about watching people choose themselves, choose healing, and choose expansion.

Whew…life is so, so good. 🌬️🌿💫 by @avcastro

People ask, is it backed by science? We’ve built an entire world on that question. A world that praises logic and dismisses the unseen. The truth is, science is just now catching up to what we’ve always known. The body remembers, the soul speaks and the earth teaches. Long before there were studies and scans, there was rhythm. Ceremony. Connection. Intuition.

Our ceremonies are about presence & reverence. A frequency science hasn’t quite named, but what our ancestors lived by. A frequency our nervous systems sigh into and our bones trust. We don’t need more proof, what we do need is more permission to remember. To return to the root of what’s real. To honor the knowing that doesn’t ask to be explained, only lived.

Next ceremony is September 12th in the Metro Detroit area, message me for details.

On my walk this morning I saw soooo much beauty, especially this magnificent being that has soooo much symbolism for me.

Over the weekend, I had some lingering thoughts that were taking up storage. So today I created closure with them and it felt soooo good!!! More space, more freedom.

Often time we wait for signs, I’ve brought Rumi’s words more to the forefront of my practice. “As you start to walk on the way, the way appears.” Clarity doesn’t come before action, it comes from action.

My sign this morning after my executed decision. She literally bumped into me before landing for a drink. Beyond grateful for this amazing path 🦋 by @avcastro

Our next Medicina Ceremony is officially SOLD OUT.

My heart is overflowing with gratitude. All of our ceremonies this year have been completely full, and I don’t take that for granted. It tells me that more and more people are feeling called to step into their healing with intention, courage, and an open heart.

It is a true honor to walk alongside each person as a guide, holding space as they remember the wisdom that has always lived within them. Witnessing these transformations continues to be one of the greatest privileges of my life.

Our next portal of opening is Saturday, September 12th, in the Metro Detroit area, and only a few spaces remain.

If you feel called to join us, I’d love to connect. 🌬️🌿💫 by @avcastro

Two years ago today, I landed in Costa Rica to begin what became seven months of deep study with Grandmother Ayahuasca.

Although my relationship with this medicine began in 2020, those seven months transformed me in ways I never could have imagined. They asked me to surrender, to unlearn, to remember, and to trust a path that was unfolding one step at a time.

Today, as I reflect on that journey, I feel immense gratitude. What began as a student seeking understanding has evolved into the honor of serving this beautiful medicine and holding space for others as they remember their own light.

Looking back, I had no idea where that first step would lead. Looking forward, I carry profound reverence for this work, for every teacher who walked beside me, and for every soul who has trusted me to walk alongside them.

The path continues, and my heart is full.

Yesterday we gathered in a full ceremony, and what unfolded was nothing short of extraordinary.

It was, without question, one of the most intense journeys we’ve held together. Yet within that intensity was incredible beauty, profound expansion, deep remembrance, and so much love. Every person who entered the space did so with courage, and witnessing what unfolded was an absolute honor.

This moment was captured as I was calling in the beautiful energies that guide and support our work. A single photograph can never fully hold what is experienced in these sacred spaces, but it can carry a glimpse of the reverence, intention, and devotion that fills the room.

My heart is overflowing with gratitude for every soul who trusted the journey, for our incredible guardians, and for the privilege of walking this path together.

More gatherings are on the horizon, and I can’t wait to welcome the next circle on August 8th!

Happy Fourth of July. 🇺🇸
Today, freedom feels different.

I came out of ceremony this morning with a heart that feels impossibly full. After a series of profound journeys over the past few months, I am sitting in a depth of clarity that is difficult to put into words.

The medicine brought extraordinary clarity by illuminating what has always been there. Light, direction and a deeper remembering of why I am here.

There is something sooo beautiful taking shape. It feels less like creating and more like uncovering. Every step is becoming more intentional, every word more aligned, every offering more devoted to the path. I am fully ready!!!

Happy Freedom Day.

May you find the courage to follow the light that has been quietly calling your name all along. ✨
