This month, Esperanza's Housing & Economic Development Division (EHED) hosted its largest food distribution of the year, providing essential groceries to more than 100 families. With the support of NAI and C2L-PHL summer interns, volunteers packed and distributed food to those in need. The event welcomed a growing number of first-time participants, reflecting the success of community outreach efforts led by block captains and local partners. As many families continue to face increasing barriers to accessing basic necessities, Esperanza remains committed to providing trusted resources and support through its monthly food distributions, held on the second Thursday of each month.
