Nothing prepared me for all the feelings of parenthood. Joy, frustration, guilt, awe, and what has felt like a thousand more feelings (sometimes all in one day). Willa just turned 15 months old and I’ve been hit by an overwhelming swell of gratitude for our family and friends. And most of all, for Clem, and the love she gives us. We are so lucky. Oh, I am so lucky! I might delete this later, but there are moments when it just feels nice to write these things down and process it all. Particularly in a pitch black room while your baby is teething.
