Breaking the silence isn’t always easy, but it could make the difference for someone’s safety.

Being an active bystander isn’t about saying the perfect thing, but choosing not to look the other way. It’s refusing to listen to that voice that says “it’s not my business” or dismissing an inappropriate comment as “just a joke”.

We’re calling on all men to sign our open letter in our bio. Because it’s not all men, but it should be.

All men stopping harassment.
All men changing the culture.
All men ending violence.

If you agree, share this open letter with the men in your life — a brother, father, partner, son, friend, or colleague. Together, we can end sexual harassment in public spaces.

Thank you to @media_trust and @banquetfilms for developing this powerful film with us.

If it's between violence and someone else suffering, I choose violence every time. I will never, ever stand by and tolerate someone behaving that way.

Fabulous film should be a public broadcast rather than one on "don't buy a bbq"😮😢🔥🙌❤️

Saddest thing is that if it was a WOMAN watching that interaction at the bus stop, she would have immediately been right in there putting a stop to it.

This ad demonstrates that the fear of personal consequence will trump the consequence of not doing anything. Countless times I’ve seen women jump without a second thought to the defence of others, speak up, and do SOMETHING. Hard to swallow the “men are protectors” rhetoric when the only real examples of bravery and protection I’ve ever seen are that of women who will put themselves on the line to intervene.

I was called a lesbian and woke when I called out an older guy telling 2 young women (late teens at the oldest) they had nice buttocks when they walked past in their gym shorts. The girls looked so uncomfortable when he cat called them I just couldn’t let it pass.

This is actually perfectly done. Congratulations. The moment they wonder why no person is doing anything, is super. Hope it will make the good guys ACT good and save women from this.
