I’ve noticed the same thing coming up in several coaching conversations this month.

Different industries, roles, and challenges…

Yet they all arrived saying some version of, “I think I need another tool.”

As we talked, it became clear that another tool wasn’t what they needed.

What was getting in the way wasn’t a lack of frameworks, strategies, or resources. It was trusting what they already knew. Their:

• Strengths
• Courage
• Experience

The harder part wasn’t finding the answer. It was quieting the inner critic long enough to hear it.

Sometimes we spend so much effort looking outside ourselves that we forget to listen to what’s already within.
