MVP's for Plymouth homecoming match🏆🏈
Overall: Brent Joshson-Flippance - Line / Punter
Played all over the pitch putting a shift in for the team, and delivered great field position when called upon as the backup punter.
Offence: Josh Richards - Wide Receiver
Clutch catches all afternoon and showed playmaking ability with the ball in hand. A high effort play to chase down an interception to prevent a pick six.
H/M: Aled Heaton
Defence: Ben Waller - Linebacker
Always around the ball and putting pressure on the offence all afternoon.
H/M: Aylwin Thorne-Griffith
Special Teams: Elton Masut Santos - Headhunter
Chased down kicks and punts with ferocity. Stayed alert to recover a muffed punt swinging momentum.
Line: Matt Atkinson - Offensive Line
Had his guy blocked all day and opened holes in the run game.
Rookie: Samuel Bardi - Defensive Back
Instinctive when it came to the passing game and crashing down in the run. A big punt return to set up great field position for the offence.
